How do I loop a single verse repeatedly?
On the Now Playing screen, tap the settings icon or toggle the repeat button at the bottom right. You can select "Single Verse" mode and choose how many times you want the verse to repeat before advancing or stopping.
Can I loop a range of verses (e.g. Verses 1 to 10)?
Yes! When starting from the Home screen, choose your starting verse and ending verse. Select "Range" mode in playback settings to continuously repeat that designated section.
How do I change the reciter?
On the Home screen, tap the reciter card to open the reciter picker modal. You can choose from world-renowned reciters including Mishary Alafasy, Abdul Basit, Al-Husary, and more.
Does Aya play in the background?
Yes. Aya is configured with background audio playback so recitations continue playing when you lock your phone or switch to other apps.
